Professor Charles Rudiger-This is his last class before retiring. Professor Rudiger is an amazing professor and taught us so much. When I think of Dr. Rudiger's class, I think of W. Edwards Deming. Best known for his work in Japan and taught top management to improve design.

A course in classic, modern, and emergent organizational analyses of systematic relationships through use of theories in understanding and predicting the behavior or groups and participants in various social organizations. Major leadership theories, practices, and philosophies, and their contributions to leadership practice and outcomes are examined and evaluated. Basically: "How Things Work" in contemportary organiazations and in real time.
